You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Have your tracking number handy? Click here to track your order directly. The first tracking scan can take up to a full business day to appear after the email reaches you.

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. The window starts on the day your parcel arrives, not the day you ordered. Items should come back unworn and unwashed with any tags still attached. Full detail is on our refund policy page.

Write to us at support@bydelmont.com with your order number and photographs of the outer packaging and of the item itself. Damage in transit is handled as a fault, which means the return is at our cost and you are not left paying to send back something that arrived broken.

Yes. We ship to addresses within the United States, and shipping is free on every order with no minimum order value. Orders take 1 to 3 business days to prepare, and delivery then takes 5 to 8 business days.

You can enter a discount code at checkout. On the checkout page, look for the Discount Code box, type in your code and select Apply. The discount is reflected in your total before you pay. If a code will not apply, contact us and we will look at it.

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery within the United States then takes 5 to 8 business days. That is 6 to 11 business days in total from order to doorstep. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays, so the calendar span is usually longer.

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. If you changed your mind or the piece does not suit you, the cost of return shipping is yours. If the item arrived faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, the return is at our cost. We also offer exchanges for size and colour within the same 30 day window.
